Shipping Policy

  • Due to the hand made nature of our products, please expect your order to ship within 1-2 weeks after purchase.
  •  Once we ship your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.
  • We can not change the address of your package once it has been shipped. Please make sure you review your order thoroughly before submitting. Do not forget your apartment or suite number if applicable. 
  • If a package has been sent back to our office due to the shipping carrier claiming it is an insufficient address at the customers fault, the customer is required to pay the shipping cost in order for us to reship the package. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a claim with the shipping carrier. 
  • For international orders (any order placed outside of the United States), we are not responsible for any customs/duty tax. This is at the customers expense. Shipping times can vary from 7-60 days after your package leaves our office. Please be aware that if you do not pay your customs/duty tax, your package will automatically be sent back to us. Customers are required to pay the shipping cost and customs/duty tax in order for us to re-ship the package. If you request a refund instead, you will only be refunded the price of the candle. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
