Return Policy
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Cancellations or changes to an order are only applicable if the order has not been shipped yet. Once the order is shipped, no cancellations or changes are allowed.
- If you receive a product that is significantly damaged (ex: shattered or cracked glass), we will provide you with the option of a replacement or a refund. However if your item is chipped or the crystals have fallen out of the candle wax due to shipping and handling, we will not offer a replacement at our expense or a refund.
